Crisis Leadership
Essentials of Distinctively Christian, Highly Effective Leadership During Uncertainty, Crisis, and Rapid Change
Get the Skills You Need
Many pastors and other Christian leaders have been thrust into an environment of rapid change, uncertainty and crisis. Even those who have some leadership training usually have almost none in the specific skills or crisis leadership.
This course fills that gap.
It equips clergy and other Christian leaders with a complete framework of distinctly Christian, highly effective crisis leadership concepts and skills in an easily accessible manner.
Use the Material to Train Your Team
You get a Discussion Guide with each video. Use the popular podcast-style videos and Guide to conduct training sessions with your own staff or team. Each session is short and to the point; you can incorporate a single video and discussion into a regular staff meeting or combine several of the videos and Guides to create a longer training session. It's completely flexible.
Learn from a Christian Psychologist Who Specializes in Clergy Leadership
Crisis Leadership is taught by Dr. Jeannie Clarkson, Christian psychologist and author of The Emotionally Intelligent Pastor: A Guide for Clergy and Other Church Leaders. Bud Clarkson, MA in Leadership Studies from Azusa-Pacific University, interviews Dr. Jeannie in short conversational videos to bring the relevant information across in an engaging manner.
Content is based on recent research, scripture, real-life examples, and Dr. Clarkson's expertise in the field of emotional intelligence. The course consists of more than a dozen mini-lectures each addressing a specific skill or concept of crisis leadership.
